Chegg Beats Analysts’ Q3 Estimates With $81.3M In Sales

Chegg was one of the first companies to bring textbook rentals online. But after Apple and Amazon also moved into the space, it began offering online tutoring, course reviews and even help with the college and internship search. It reported its third quarter sales of $81.3 million beating Wall Street’s expectations of $78.28 million. Digital sales were up 45 percent year over year.
